AHB clients benefit from all of the Keyholder automation functionality but can also use the platform to carry out an end-to-end automated Cost Rental Assessment or Annual Rent Review.

Keyholder clients can integrate property and tenant details in preparation for a CRA or ARR campaign at scale. A campaign will incorporate the following steps.

  1. Send tenant email with notification to complete their CRA or ARR.

  2. Specify email reminder schedule, which will only be sent to tenants who have not commenced or completed filling our their form online.

  3. Tenant completes intuitive and easy to use CRA/ARR form which removes friction that exists when completing paper forms. This accelerates completion time, reduces support queries and improves data security.

  4. ARR figures are processed through the Keyholder calculation engine and the AHB is provided with the recommended rent assessment.

  5. AHB views list of screening and can filter by status.

  6. When ready to review, the AHB can assign an agent who can adjust the rent assessment or request further details from the tenant.

  7. When ready, the agent can mark a review as complete and the tenant will receive a notification to login to their dashboard and that their rent assessment letter is ready for review.
