Rental Payment Verification

Providing previous rental payment verification is an important way for tenants to demonstrate reliability and capacity to meet future rent payments.

There are two methods that allow tenants to provide verification of previous rental payments.

1. Tenants can use open banking to clearly identify their previous rental payments leaving their bank account.

2. A bank statement can be loaded that shows the previous rent payment amount leaving their account.
