# Income Verification

Many property managers require income payment verification to ensure that any prospective tenant has the capacity to meet the agreed rental payments.

There are two methods that allow tenants to provide verification of their income.

1. Tenants can use open banking to clearly demonstrate their income as it is reflected in their bank account.
2. A bank statement can be loaded that shows income transactions.
